DEMAG Ergotech has extended its range of machines for multi-component moulding. There are models in eight clamping forces from 50 to 350 tonnes, providing generous distances between tiebars for rotary tables, and the number of main and secondary injection units offered has been increased.
A twin circuit hydraulic system is now standard and both circuits may be connected in parallel to power one injection unit so that the plasticising capacity and injection rate are similar to a standard machine. If operated with two injection units in serial mode, each has full hydraulic power available one after the other.
